Hi! I write the food column for The Herts Advertiser and Welwyn Hatfield Times. I started the Herts Ad column 10 years ago, and it appears in the printed paper and online every two weeks. It is a very unusual column in that I get to choose what I write about so we can focus on indie and interesting food matters.
